Eric is Deputy Director and Director of Communications. Mr. Oesch has 20 years not-for-profit management experience. He oversees the Red Earth Museum and is responsible for promoting Red Earth programs to larger audiences through print, broadcast and social media. Mr. Oesch has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Central Oklahoma in Journalism Public Relations. His work has been published in numerous publications including Southwest Art, Native Peoples, Dallas Morning News, Kansas City Star, and The Oklahoman.

Christy is Director of Development & Administration, and most recently served as the Finance and Development Officer for the Oklahoma Heritage Association. She has more than 25 years of not-for-profit management experience. Ms. Alcox works to build and maintain strong local, state and national partnerships working with individual and corporate donors, and coordinates annual fundraising events and campaigns. An active community volunteer, Ms. Alcox assists in a number of projects and serves on the board of the Oklahoma Travel Industry of America and Frontier Country Marketing Association.

Leslie Allison is Manager, Artist Services where she manages the Artist Services program and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Red Earth Museum Store. She has a Bachelor of Museum Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and Minor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Art History. She has previously served student internships with the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and the Laboratory of History Museum.

Rhonda Durant (Kiowa/Creek) is Office Assistant for Red Earth. Prior to joining the organization she was an active volunteer since the Red Earth Festival began 1987. She has volunteered in numerous areas including Information, Dance and Artist Hospitality. Ms. Durant provides support in the day to day operations of the Red Earth Museum.
