Christy is Director of Development & Administration, and most recently served as the Finance and Development Officer for the Oklahoma Heritage Association. She has more than 25 years of not-for-profit management experience having served as Executive Director of Friends of the Mansion, Director of Special Projects, Office of the Governor and Director of Community Programs at the Oklahoma State Fair. Ms. Alcox works to build and maintain strong local, state and national partnerships working with individual and corporate donors, and coordinates annual fundraising events and campaigns. An active community volunteer, Ms. Alcox assists in a number of projects and serves on the board of the Oklahoma Travel Industry of America and Frontier Country Marketing Association.

Flo joined the Red Earth staff as Administrative Assistant with more than 25 years corporate experience during employment at large businesses including KFC, Sonic Corp., and the City of Oklahoma City. She and her husband were co-owners of a wholesale furniture business in Ohio for many years. Ms. Domer has been a volunteer for the Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts and helped children learn to read at Dover Elementary School in Ohio. She and her husband love to travel and cook. They have three children and eight grandchildren.

Virginia Treadway had a 31 year career that spanned three companies Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent Technologies in Oklahoma City. She is is an officer of the Thunderbird Pioneers and volunteers for numerous groups including the Oklahoma State Fair and the Festival of the Arts. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. She first volunteered for Red Earth in 2003 and was named Volunteer Coordinator in 2005.

Eric has more than 30 years not-for-profit management experience and has previously worked as Public Relations Director for Omniplex Science Museum and Frontier Country Marketing Association. He currently oversees the Red Earth Art Center where he is responsible for promoting Red Earth programs to larger audiences through print, broadcast, public speaking and social media.
Eric has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Public Relations. He has appeared on television and radio throughout the region promoting Red Earth and Oklahoma City as a tourism destination. His work has been published in numerous publications including Southwest Art Magazine, Native Peoples Magazine, Southern Living Magazine, Dallas Morning News, Kansas City Star, Amarillo Globe, Fort Smith Times Record News and The Oklahoman.
